This is a Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornament sold in 1999. The Lionel Tender 746 Norfolk and Western is made out of die-cast metal. The ornament is new in box.
The box does display some slight wear (small rub marks, see photo), but the ornament has never been displayed and is still in the original plastic.
The ripoff price tag is still on the box.
This ornament is being sold AS IS.
