This is a mini album that was issued by the United States Post Office in 1973. It holds a total of 33 stamps which comes from 11 stamp collections. All stamps have never been used and are included with the album.
There is very minor damage to the corners of the album, from being banged against something over the years. The stamps are loose and are not actually stuck to the packaging.
There appears to be loosen glue which holds the clear plastic to the edges, which could cause the stamps to fall out if you hold it upside down and give it a good shake. There is a strip of 8 stamps that do not seem to have a place to go, but are shown in the diagram. So they are sitting inside the album. There is some fairly significant water damage and staining to the back cover. Because the strip of 8 are loose, it looks like a few of them got slightly tacky and stuck to the inside flap. Please see the photos.
