This is a mini album that was issued by the United States Post Office in 1974. It holds a total of 29 stamps which comes from 16 stamp collections. All stamps have never been used and are included with the album.
There is very minor damage to the corners of the album, from being banged against something over the years. The stamps are loose and are not actually stuck to the packaging. There appears to be loosen glue which holds the clear plastic to the edges, which could cause the stamps to fall out if you hold it upside down and give it a good shake. This does not affect any of the stamps directly. There is some fairly significant water damage and staining to the cover, 4 of the stamps have the staining and damage on them. Please see the photos.
The mini-album is being sold AS IS.
